Delivery

     Delivery Charges: ​

  • We offer free delivery to Hong Kong Island for any order over HKD800 and to Kowloon, for any order over HKD1200

  • For smaller orders, the following charge will apply: HKD150 for Hong Kong Island, HKD200 for Kowloon.

  • For New Territories, we offer free delivery for any order over HKD 2000. For smaller  orders, the following charge will apply: HKD300.

     Delivery Service:
​

  • Available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands;

  • For Outlying Islands; we deliver to ferries only.

  • Deliveries to hotels; we deliver to hotels, but not to rooms; our responsabilities ends up at hotel's reception desks.

     Remarks:
​

  • We offer delivery within the next 3 working days for any order received Monday to Friday, before 5.00pm and Saturday before 1.00pm. Orders received outside these times will normally be delivered within 3 days following the next working day.

  • Each order received will be confirmed by an email within 24H (or next working day) to confirm availability and arrange delivery details.

  • All goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability.

  • If no-one's home during scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to leave the box(es) in front of the customer's door at his own responsability.

  • An additional delivery fee would occur in case of re-delivery or express delivery (HK$100).

  • All deliveries including alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 or above.

  • In case of Typhoon signal 8 or black rain warning, delivery will be suspended. For catering, if Typhoon Signal 8 is lowered to Typhoon signal 3 before 4:00pm, we will arrange delivery within 2 hours. If not, we will arrange delivery the next day.

  • Our delivery's truck must be able to park not further away than 50 meters from the delivery point.

  • Delivery addresses without lift and over 4th floor/level will be charge an extra HK$100 per floor per 10Kgs; stairs to access the building (if any) have to be taken into consideration (please contact us to arrange payment).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any change of delivery address.

  • Delivery Change Requests; to be made by email/phone the day (before 5pm) the initial delivery day or Saturday (before 1pm) for Mondays deliveries.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.
